Infore New Energy Facilitates Full-Capacity Grid Connection of Jiangxi Hongyu's Energy Storage Project
Sep 22, 2025
On September 13, 2025, the 20MW/40.12MWh energy storage project of Jiangxi Hongyu, contracted and constructed by Changsha Infore New Energy as the general contractor, achieved full-capacity grid connection. This marks another major achievement of the company in the construction of user-side energy storage projects.
Integrating advantages in capital, technology and construction, the project serves as a strategic pivot of Infore New Energy in Central China. It provides a demonstration for the optimization of Yichun's energy structure and facilitates regional green energy transformation.
Technically, the project adopts high-safety lithium iron phosphate battery cells, equipped with 8 sets of containerized energy storage battery systems of 5.015MWh each, 8 sets of step-up transformer systems with a power of 2.5MW each, 1 set of local energy management system, and 1 set of dispatching management system. It supports cloud platform regulation and "four remote control" functions (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control, remote adjustment). With a UPS configuration to ensure continuous operation in case of power failure, its charge-discharge efficiency reaches the industry-leading standard of 0.5C.

In terms of economic benefits, the project has an operation period of 15 years and is expected to help the enterprise reduce energy expenditure by nearly 10 million yuan, effectively cutting its operating costs and improving energy utilization efficiency. Against the backdrop of green energy development, the successful grid connection of this project is of great significance for optimizing the local energy structure and promoting the consumption of renewable energy, providing strong support for the regional green development.

Infore New Energy will continue to deepen its focus on the energy storage field, keep exploring and innovating, drive the high-quality development of the new energy industry through innovative cooperation, and contribute to the achievement of the "dual carbon" goals.
